perspectives on my work

I was privileged to teach Lis in multiple graduate courses, where she always demonstrated exemplary talent and motivation.
In my technical style course, Lis created compelling content for diverse audiences across different brands, while providing thoughtful feedback to peers. Her work in my editing course showcased excellent copy and structural editing skills, particularly her innovative recommendations for video-based technical content delivery. As a collaborator, Lis was a highly valued team member in every group project. Lis’s willingness to push past her skepticism and explore generative AI tools for content assessment and refinement impressed me. She developed technical expertise while maintaining a strong ethical stance.
During her practicum, Lis excelled in technical authoring, editing, and content analysis. Any organization would benefit greatly from her skills as a technical content professional.
Dr. Kim Campbell
Professor, University of North Texas

Lis demonstrates an impressive ability to connect visual design principles with user-centered thinking. Her visual technical communication projects showed both creativity and technical precision, while her usability testing work reflected strong critical analysis of how design choices affect real users. She is detail-oriented, reflective, and consistently applies feedback to elevate her work. In addition, she works well in groups, is highly organized, and is adept at leading a group, qualities that make her a valuable addition to nearly any technical writing team.
Dr. Erin Friess
Professor, University of North Texas

Talented, brilliant to be honest, professional… Super admired your approach to things, and I absolutely took inspiration and learned from what you did.
Ciara Donley
Proposal Writer, peer

You highlighted the multiple objectives and the potential confusion, which shows your attention to the nuances of baseline logic. Your comments on the importance of connecting the dots in a proposal and outlining the logic before writing demonstrate a deep understanding of the process.
Dr. Ryan Boettger
Professor, University of North Texas
